Separates By Density With Airflow
The heaviest impurities, such as stones, dirt, and other trash particles fall through the first output.
Seeds with the highest density fall through the 2nd and the 3rd outputs. Grain exiting these fractions are the best choice for planting with the highest quality having the highest germination rate.
The medium density seeds fall through the 4th and 5th outputs. Grain exiting these fractions are good for food or commodity grain.
The lowest density seeds and damaged kernels fall through the 6th and 7th outputs. The grain from these fractions are best used for feed. Grain collected from the 4th, 5th, and 6th outputs are sometimes cleaned again to optimize value from the crop.
The dust, chaff and the other light impurities are blown out with the airflow outside the ISM Grain Separator’s chamber and directed through the cyclone sedimentary chamber (CSC) into a special collection container.
Solution For Removing Disease From Grain
Aflatoxin, ergot, fusarium, vomitoxin and other diseases can be reduced significantly to acceptable levels. This turns a worthless crop into a valuable commodity.
No Screens, Maintenance Free
The motor which runs the fan is the only moving part on the machine. There are no screens since the machine uses just air to affect the separations. There are no lubrication points and no spare parts are needed.

Reduced Dust Environment

Air movement within the separator occurs in a circle. No additional cyclones or aspiration equipment is required for using the separator inside a building when the CSC is used. All the waste material is removed through a dumping tray.
